The quality is terrible, and those fake pearls are way overpriced. I discovered the same jewelry on AliExpress for just a fraction of the cost. Seriously, hold onto your cash. The customer service was awful, and they totally ripped me off on shipping; they quoted me one price and then charged me extra.

The package arrived quickly and the accessories are really lovely.😍 I’d totally suggest this brand if you’re in the market for quality jewelry; it’s just perfect.

Freya reached out to my wife, who’s an influencer, to check out their products - she received a couple of rings along with a tiny ring box.

When the items showed up, they were really subpar - cheap, shiny, and tacky, and one of the 'glass stones' popped out within just a day.

The craftsmanship was awful, and they wouldn’t refund the pricey shipping fees, claiming they’d send a replacement only if a new purchase was made.

Their customer service was rude and unhelpful, showcasing everything that’s wrong with companies using Instagram to peddle junk while dressing it up with pretty pictures.

If you value quality pieces or expect decent customer service, steer clear of this company.

Absolutely terrible.

This company is just plain awful - they wanted us to review their products for free (which we usually skip, but thought, why not give it a shot?) and then hit us with a hefty shipping fee to get it to us.

The rings we picked finally showed up, and one of the 'stones' (or whatever it is, probably glass) popped out of a ring in less than a day.

The metal of the ring looks super cheap, and the whole experience was just terrible.

Their customer service? Even worse than the product! They wouldn’t refund the shipping costs and only offered a replacement on our next order - like that’s gonna happen, no way we’re buying from them again.

This company is just like a lot of those Instagram shops - they peddle junk that looks good in fancy photos but don’t give a hoot once they’ve made the sale.

I’d strongly recommend steering clear of this company - it’s just not worth it.

"Freya Treasures" has been bombarding me on Instagram with their so-called "influencer promotion." They sent me a code for a full discount on three products. But guess what? They hit you with nearly $40 in shipping fees. This feels like a sketchy operation relying on spammy tactics to sell. Seriously, steer clear of sharing your info with them.

I thought I was gonna be an ambassador for this brand, but after selecting my three jewelry pieces, I haven't received any response from them. I even tagged them on Instagram... is this a scam?

You hit the nail on the head! I truly feel like a Goddess when I sport my bling from your brand! The prosopo necklace is my absolute favorite! It feels like I'm draped in a masterpiece! I've gotten tons of compliments and I find myself rocking that necklace or the marble one daily now!

I never received my order. It showed as delivered, but my apartment complex can't locate it. Customer service was not helpful at all.

This business employs bot accounts to flood folks with messages, driving traffic to their site while claiming you can get free jewelry each month, but you gotta cover the shipping. I'm so tired of receiving the same generic messages from random Instagram profiles that have zero followers. Seriously, steer clear of this company - just check out their Instagram comments for evidence!

So, they reached out to me to help promote their jewelry, and I agreed. They wanted me to choose three pieces and cover the delivery fees, which I went ahead and did. Now, it’s been over 12 days since I placed my order, and I haven’t heard a peep from them.

I feel like they were trying to pull a fast one on me! So rude! I put in a lot of effort for my cash! Don't trust them, especially if they reach out to you via Instagram!
